Day 1- Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.
After breakfast in the morning, you will be picked by your guide to the western part of Uganda. Lunch en route in Mbarara and proceed viewing beautiful scenery.You will head to the northern part of the park in Buhoma. Dinner and overnight stay at Gorilla forest camp (Luxury), Gorilla resort (Deluxe) or Buhoma Homestead (Budget).
Day 2- Gorilla tracking and nature walk.
Take your early morning breakfast and head to the park headquarters with your packed lunch to be briefed about the “dos and don’ts” when you are with gorillas. Proceed to the forest for the adventurous activity. You will visit Buhoma community to explore the Batwa culture and enjoy their cultural performances. Dinner and overnight stay at your previous Hotel.
Day 3- Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Have your breakfast and transfer to Kibale forest national park through Ishasha to see the tree-climbing lions. Lunch en route and proceed to the park. Dinner and overnight stay at Ndali lodge or Mountains of the moon Guest House.
Day 4- Chimp tracking and nature walk.
You will take breakfast in the morning and head to the forest for chimpanzee tracking. After lunch, you will go to Bigodi wetland sanctuary for a nature walk to see the various bird species there such as the blue-headed sunbird, blue turaco and primates like the red-tailed monkeys, L’hoest monkey and many others. Dinner and overnight stay at your previous Hotel.
Day 5- Transfer to Kampala.
After your breakfast, drive back to Kampala. Lunch en route in Mbarara and a stopover at the equator for photography. Continue to Kampala.

We have just returned home after a 3 week tour around Uganda during February 2016. We have visited Pian Upe, Manyatta, Kidepo, Murchison, QEP, Kibale, Bwindi, Mhingha, Batwa and Lake Mburo.
We did a 10 day trip with ES in Uganda in May. Sadly we had some health issues but Robbert and Kenneth took real good care of us.
I was looking for a local tour company out of Kabale to take me on a customized tour of 3-4 days. Robert Basiima was so responsive with my inquiries and planning the trip.
